The BusinessWorks - Service Bridge Link
Service Bridge is a powerful software package created for service-based companies and designed to integrate dispatch, service, and accounting data into a comprehensive front office management system. Service Bridge will integrate labor and material charges and manage the entry, scheduling, and dispatching of service calls for superior customer service and unmatched productivity.

The BusinessWorks - Service Bridge Link will allow you to access BusinessWorks options directly and share customer, inventory, and invoicing data. Information is seamlessly intergrated. Using the unique "data" bridge, information is transferred and exchanged between both. That means that any changes made in BusinessWorks will automaticlly transfer to Service Bridge and vice versa.

Information can be exchanged between BusinessWorks and Service Bridge any time and as many times as you want. The number of data exchanges or file updates that you make will depend upon the number and frequency of inventory issues, customer file exchanges, and invoices that you create. For data integrety, it is recommended that you process a batch exchange at least once per day.
